Instructions:
Combine Ingredients. In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, combine ground beef, garlic, celery, bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, ground dry mustard, onion powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
